I would like to tell you why my qualifications make me the perfect and best person to represent YOUR COMPANY in the USA.

I have an International MBA (Magna Cum Laude) from a Top International MBA School in the USA. I have a partial completion of the CPA. I have a MCP Designation from Microsoft.
I have performed Business Management Consulting in the USA and Canada.
I have negotiated Business deals with Companies in the USA, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, and China. I am working on business deals for the Import and Export of Products with Countries from around the world.

3) All negotiations with Current and Future Companies in the USA
4) Any new sales to Current and Future Companies in the USA
5) All payments to Current and Future Companies in the USA
6) All Money paid DIRECTLY to YOUR COMPANY

Based on these duties and responsibilities for YOUR COMPANY. I will try to increase Sales to ALL existing Customers and Companies in the USA to sell products made by YOUR COMPANY.

My fee for all these services to YOUR COMPANY will be a Commission Percentage of All Sales in the USA payable to YOUR COMPANY and I agree on a percentage and All the duties and responsibilities. Changes can be made before an agreement is reached.
